Topher Grace (somehow, I'm not 100% what his connection is) inspired a new Fan Edit of the Star Wars Prequels, turning them from three horrible movies into just one extra long horrible movie. Will this finally solve all of the horrible problems within the Star Wars Prequels? Or will it just be incredibly, slow, sad, and unwatchable, just like all the other Star Wars films made after 1983?

I've seen a couple of Akira Kurosawa films which also used the sidewipe transition, but that's an obvious one since Lucas himself cited Kurosawa as an influence on him in the Criterion Collection DVD of The Hidden Fortress, as shown here: https://myspace.com/akira_kurosawa/video/george-lucas-on-kurosawa/5355837
ReplyDeleteLiterally days after I posted this I noticed a sidewipe in an old Godzilla film, Ghidorah the Three-Headed Monster.
